We replace workplace guesswork with evidence.
Most leadership decisions about people run on assumption. Who is actually good with AI. Which team is close to burning out. Whether the training budget bought anything. VMS Culture Labs turns those guesses into numbers, through private AI-led conversations that read behaviour instead of collecting opinions.
What we build
How we think about measurement
Measure behaviour, not sentiment
A five-point survey tells you how people feel about work. It cannot tell you whether someone verifies AI output before they send it. We read how people actually describe their own work, so the result reflects behaviour rather than self-image.
Role by role, never one score
AI fluency looks completely different for a salesperson and a support agent. A single company-wide number flattens the exact context a leader needs to act. Everything we measure is calibrated to the role, the function and the seniority.
Private for the person, useful for the leader
Individual responses stay private. Leaders see patterns at team level, above a minimum group size. That privacy contract is not a compliance checkbox, it is the reason people answer honestly at all.
End in a number, not a certificate
A diagnostic that ends in a badge nobody acts on has wasted everyone's time. Ours ends in recovered hours, a rupee exposure and a specific next move, so the case survives contact with finance.
Who is behind it

Shobhit Khandelwal is the founder of VMS Culture Labs, on a mission to measure what most leaders only guess at: how fluently their teams truly work with AI, and the hidden cost of how people behave at work. He is out to replace workplace guesswork with evidence, and build the kind of workplaces the next generation deserves.
